Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact L.E.A.D. IT Services within 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

When requesting a refund, your refund will be issued via the original method of payment once your return has been received and checked, excluding postage fees.

Please bear in mind, we don’t offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs if your item is faulty due to accidental damage (in the case where accidental damage has not been purchased at the time of sale), neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Statutory rights are not affected.
