The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
When requesting a refund, your refund will be issued via the original method of payment once your return has been received and checked, excluding postage fees.
Please bear in mind, we don’t offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs if your item is faulty due to accidental damage (in the case where accidental damage has not been purchased at the time of sale), neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Statutory rights are not affected.
Pricing and Availability
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing and availability information displayed on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
In the event of a pricing error, product description error, stock availability issue, supplier withdrawal, supplier price increase, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control that affects our ability to fulfil an order as placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order prior to dispatch.
Where an order is cancelled under these circumstances, we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably practicable and provide a full refund of any sums paid. We may, at our sole discretion, offer the customer the opportunity to proceed with the order at a revised price or with an alternative product, but the customer will be under no obligation to accept such an offer.
No contract for the supply of goods is formed until the goods have been dispatched to the customer or we have otherwise confirmed acceptance of the order in writing.
